Maintaining Your Online Presence

You might market yourself with a website, Twitter Account, and Facebook Fan Page, but if you don't keep marketing yourself, and you become less active, people forget about you. In order to market yourself correctly, make sure you keep an online presence. I have been awfully bad at this lately, resulting in lower pageviews and less sales. I have been scheduling tweets, and been sending them out more lately to try and resolve this problem.

Being interactive is a good way to keep people connected to you. People like it when others take interest in what they have to say. On Twitter, I do my best to RT and respond back to people. I hope my name stays in the people's heads I connect with, that way they might respond to some of my tweets. This helps you build a relationship with your followers/community.

As far as my blog goes, I'm sorry for not posting as often lately. I have been extremely busy with things (school and writing) so I haven't had much time to think of things to post about or post them. I have a severe case of Blogger's Block! I already have some posts planned out, so expect some posts very soon.

  1. I feel your pain! I've been reduced to guest posts for the time being! I'm blogging over a three times a month though. ;)

Good to see you around though! And I'm definitely looking forward to reading your next book!

  2. Thanks! I can't wait to read yours either :)
